Description
Ochtendstond heeft goud in de mond, dat weten ook de producenten van Sauternes wijnen. Door hun druiven in het najaar te oogsten zorgt de ochtenddauw voor extra zoete druiven.
Deze whisky rijpte eerst op Bourbon- en Anker vaten, gevolgd door een finish van 18 maanden op Sauternesvaten. Deze geven tijdens de rijping volmondige toetsen van honing en appel vrij. Aurora past met een volle, droge afdronk dus perfect bij een zoet dessert.
