WannaWhisky connects private collectors and enthusiasts through a structured, secure, and transparent marketplace flow.

  1. Account registration and verification

    Start by registering. Complete the onboarding steps and verify your identity. This verification is essential: it ensures that every buyer and seller on the platform can be trusted before any transaction becomes possible.

  2. Create or explore listings

    Verified sellers can publish listings with clear photos, accurate details, and an asking price. Verified buyers can browse the marketplace and request an offer on any listing.

  3. Requesting and responding to offers

    Buyers may request an offer with or without a price suggestion. If a suggestion is included, the seller can accept, decline, or counter. Every seller response must include a realistic shipping estimate so both parties know the full cost.

  4. Agreeing on the final price

    When both parties confirm the price and shipping conditions, an order is created. The buyer proceeds to checkout and pays securely via WannaWhisky’s Buyer Protection (escrow-style payment).

  5. Packaging and shipping

    After the payment succeeds, the seller receives detailed shipping instructions. These must be followed precisely to protect both the item and the seller’s position should a dispute arise.

  6. Delivery and confirmation

    Once the package arrives, the buyer checks the item and confirms if everything is correct.

    • If the buyer is satisfied, funds are released to the seller.
    • If the buyer is not satisfied, WannaWhisky facilitates structured resolution so both sides are treated fairly.
